Tuition Information

Tuition is structured as an annual fee, billed in equal installments. If tuition is paid before the first day of the month, you can benefit from the discounted rate; however, after the first of the month, the tuition will revert to the regular rate. Tuition for May and June is due together by May 1st. Please note that there is no option for a single class rate; classes are billed monthly and payments are due by the 1st of each month. Students who do not settle payments by the 7th will not be permitted to attend classes. Payments made after the first of the month will automatically be charged the regular class fee. Payments can be made via credit card if you are registered for auto pay by Oct 1st only . The rate for credit card tuition is higher to cover dour expenses. Please review this when resitering for auto pay 

 

Costume fee

Costume fees must be paid in cash at the studio. A $50 fee will be charged for any returned checks. We provide each dance family with a Portal account, allowing you to access your account, set up auto-pay, register for classes, and more! Please ensure we have your current email address for communication, and update us if it changes.

 

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in classes involves a risk of injury, and I hereby assume and accept the inherent risks associated with activities at Miss Natale’s Dance Centre. I agree to hold Miss Natale’s Dance Centre, its owners, employees, and agents harmless for any loss or damage to my property, as well as for any injuries sustained while participating in activities at the Centre. I acknowledge my responsibility to maintain insurance coverage for any medical expenses incurred during my enrollment. By signing below, I confirm my understanding of Miss Natale’s Dance Centre's assumption of risk policies, which are part of the consideration for the services provided. I grant permission for Miss Natale’s Dance Centre to use photographs for legal purposes, including publicity, copyright, advertising, and web content, without any expectation of royalties or compensation.

 

BREAKS:

Notifications regarding scheduled breaks will be sent via email and posted on flyers in the waiting area. We adhere to the school calendar, which includes breaks for Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Winter, Spring, and Memorial Day. SNOW DAYS: If schools are closed due to snow, Miss Natale’s Dance Centre will also be closed. Additionally, if after-school activities are canceled because of weather conditions, the studio will be closed as well.

 

MISSED CLASSES:

Please note that there are no refunds for missed classes. Makeup classes will only be arranged if a teacher cancels a class. Group classes will be scheduled to accommodate any private or semi-private lessons that were missed. If a class is canceled by the instructor, a makeup session will be assigned for the students. Unfortunately, we cannot offer makeup classes for conflicts such as sporting events or other personal commitments. We strive to keep you informed about any class cancellations due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances through our website, email, and Facebook page.

 

Withdrawals from Class

Please notify us via email @ missnatalesdance@gmail.com at least two weeks prior to the start of the upcoming month if your dancer intends to withdraw from class. If we do not receive your notification in time, you will be billed for the following month.

 

COSTUMES

All students are REQUIRED to order a costume through the dance studio in order to participate in the recital. A $55 costume deposit must be submitted by October 26th at the latest. Costume fees should be paid in cash at the studio and cannot be processed through the portal. Once you place an order for a costume, you are committed to paying the full amount. Costumes are custom-made and cannot be canceled after ordering. The remaining costume balances are due by February 1st. Costumes for the recital cannot be sewn at home; any costume worn during the performance must be ordered from the studio. Any necessary alterations will be the responsibility of the student or guardian. Costumes will be distributed once the balance is paid and we have received them. Additionally, all tuition must be current to collect your costume. For competition costumes, full payment is required by October 28th to ensure timely delivery for the competition season.

 

RECITALS

Recital tickets will be available for purchase a few weeks prior to the event. All dancers must have their final balance paid by May 1st to participate in the recital. This payment helps cover costs such as auditorium rental, programs, backstage assistance, backdrops, lighting, and sound. Everyone entering the auditorium will need a ticket. All dancers will remain in the backstage area during the performance.

 

Competition Students th st ************Competition Students must pay a competition fee to compete in the spring. This fee will be due in 2 installments . The first one is due October 16 and the other half due March 1 . Each Team will compete 1 routine at the first competition and 2 routines at the 2 competition. The competition schedule will be handed out after the start of our season. Duets and Trios will be able to compete at a separate charge based on the competition Rates

 

Shoe Requirements

DRESS CODE

All Female students MUST have a leotard and tights of designated color with their hair pulled back into a bun.

All Male Students should wear sweatpants ,and or shorts and a Tee shirt

Competition Students 

Competition students are required to participate in the scheduled required competitions. Students in these classes 

MUST wear their hair in a secure bun , Black leotard, Tan tights and the proper shoes. Boys should wear stretchy clothes in the color black or white. This rule will be strictly enforced.

any student NOT properly dressed to take the class will not be allowed to enter the classroom. A maximum of three absences will be tolerated . After three absences in one year , the dancer will not be allowed to attend competition classes and will be required to pay for any costumes , competitions and the remainder of the year .

Competition Dancers 

Competition fees must be paid by cash or check only at the studio.

Trophies that are won for duet/trios or any groups will be owned by the studio and displayed at the studio.
